VFW Post 11435 History

VFW Post 11435 was first chartered on May 5, 1972. The post is named in memorial to the Phillippine Campaign and to Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Frank C. Allen.

Lance Cpl. Frank C. Allen, 22, of Wainae, Hawaii. He was Hawaii's first son to be killed in the Persian Gulf conflict in 1991. He is buried at Punchbowl, the National Cemetery of the Pacific in Hawaii.
